Accounts

To access the trading strategies and hosting services offered by MoonCrypto, users may be required to pay a subscription fee, which will be billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. Users have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time, with changes reflected in the next billing cycle. MoonCrypto reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time, with or without prior notice to users, and continued use of MoonCrypto's services following any fee changes indicates the user's acceptance of the modified fees. Should a user choose to cancel their subscription, it will be terminated immediately before the end of their current billing cycle, and they may request a refund in accordance with MoonCrypto's Refund Policy. By subscribing to MoonCrypto's services, users acknowledge and agree to these terms governing their subscription.

Risks Disclosure Statement

Please be advised that the use of MoonCrypto and its services may involve certain risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to the risk of technological malfunctions, operational errors, and security breaches. The user acknowledges and agrees that they use MoonCrypto and its services at their own risk.

Termination and Cancellation

You agree that MoonCrypto may, in its sole discretion terminate your access to the Site and to your Account, to the Contents, APIs, features, functionality, products and services made available in connection therewith, including without limitation, our right to: limit, suspend or terminate the Services and close Accounts, prohibit access to the Site and its content, Services and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep Account Holders off the Site if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed Accounts or Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 6 months or more, and/or to modify or discontinue our Site or Services. Account Holders agree that MoonCrypto will not be liable to them or to any third party for termination of their Account or access to the Site.

If you want to terminate your account, you may do so by closing your account on our website. Your account will be immediately deleted, provided that: (i) any disputes in which you have been involved have been satisfactorily resolved; and (ii) you have completed any other obligation(s) associated with your use of the Software.
